Bakersfield Police Department Narcotics Detail concluded a several weeks long investigation into the distribution of Methamphetamine and Cocaine in the Bakersfield area.

This culminated with the execution of search warrants and the arrest of Jaime Duran, Jr. (26), of Bakersfield. Officers served search warrants on Duran’s person, his vehicle and his residence which is located in the 4100 blk of Sierra
Redwood.During these searches officers located and seized:

95 grams of ‘Rock’Cocaine (approx. street value: $9500)
One kilo of Cocaine Hcl (approx. street value: $100,000)
1 ˝ pounds of Crystal Methamphetamine (approx. street value: $66,000)
2 vials of Steroids
105 pounds of Marijuana (approx. street value: $2,383,500)
$18,305.00 in cash (Asset Forfeiture)

Duran was booked into the Kern County Jail on various narcotics charges.
