Guns allowed in more places in Georgia

atlanta officials say people who show up at hartsfield-jackson international airport with a weapon will be arrested - despite a new state law effective today, allowing licensed owners to carry concealed weapons in parks, on public transportation and in restaurants serving liquor. state representative tim bearden (r) sponsored that law - he says it clearly permits guns in some areas of the airport .
